How to apply

Please complete the Application Form from this website.

  1. Deadline for application : September 30th, Mon.

    *With signing the reverse application form, the exhibitor and the organizer agree on the below terms and conditions of this exhibition contract. Unless you cancel by July 31, 2024, please note that 50 % of cancellation fee will be charged from August 1, 2024.

    *Please note that applications will close when all space is allocated even before the deadline.

  2. Payment : The secretariat will email you an invoice after your application is received.
    Exhibition fees must be remitted by the date specified in the invoice without fail.
  3. Cancellation : In principle, cancellations will not be accepted after Aug 1st, 2024.
    *Only when the Secretariat deems it unavoidable will cancellations be accepted, and in such cases the following penalties will be incurred based on the date when written notice of cancellation is received.
    *Please refer to the No.1 of “Terms and Conditions” about the details.

Until July 31, 2024 0% of the invoiced amount.
From Aug 1 to Sep 30, 2024 50% of the invoiced amount.
From Oct 1, 2024 100% of the invoiced amount.

Exhibitor Seminar (30 min) ¥110,000 (tax included) / seminar
Exhibitor Seminar (45 min) ¥165,000 (tax included) / seminar

*Booth allocation is made by the organizer with consideration for order of apply, the number of booths and exhibit record.
